What is The HabitApp

HabitApp helps you build new habits. HabitApp uses an approach called “habit stacking” that allows you to build new habits on top of the ones you already have. When you have a series of habits you want to start executing daily, HabitApp helps you stay focused by walking you through each step through our beautiful habit stack player which works like a timer. If you’ve ever done a HIIT workout, you’ll be familiar with the experience.
